Built by Young Engineers, Backed by Real Plant Knowledge
Incorporated in June 2021 with a vision to deliver sustainable, eco-friendly building materials, Modern AAC Blocks represents a new generation of Indian manufacturing excellence. Our young board of directors travelled for 4 years across multiple operational plants nationwide to master AAC engineering and autoclaving technology. They designed and erected the entire Panagarh manufacturing plant themselves without consultants, establishing one of the region's most updated, fully automated facilities operating with minimal human interference.

Our technical team is ready to assist you with block dimensions, mortar ratios, and site delivery schedules.
Call: +91 95647 45605What are AAC blocks?
Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks are lightweight, precast building materials made from fly ash, cement, lime, water, and an aerating agent. Cured under high-pressure steam in autoclaves, AAC blocks offer superior thermal insulation, sound absorption, fire resistance, and dimensional accuracy compared to traditional masonry.
What are the benefits of AAC blocks over red clay bricks?
AAC blocks are up to 50% lighter than red clay bricks, significantly reducing the dead weight of buildings and saving steel and concrete in structural frames. They also provide up to 3x better thermal insulation, require fewer joints (saving up to 75% jointing mortar), enable up to 2x faster construction, and prevent termite or pest infestation.
Are AAC blocks eco-friendly?
Yes. AAC blocks are certified green building materials. They utilize industrial fly ash (preventing ash pond pollution), consume no agricultural topsoil, emit no toxic gases during production, and drastically lower heating and cooling energy consumption across the entire lifespan of the structure.
Where is Modern AAC Blocks located and which areas do you supply?
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is located at Plot A18 & A53, Panagarh Industrial Park, Paschim Burdwan, West Bengal (PIN 713148). Our registered office is in Nutanganj, Purba Burdwan (PIN 713102). We supply builders, contractors, and dealers across Bardhaman, Durgapur, Asansol, Kolkata, and surrounding regions of West Bengal.
How can I get a quote or place a bulk order?
You can request a quote by filling out our online enquiry form, calling our sales desk directly at +91 95647 45605, or writing to modernaacblock@gmail.com with your estimated wall area or block quantity requirements.
Do AAC blocks need special mortar?
While conventional cement-sand mortar can be used, we strongly recommend using thin-bed AAC block jointing mortar (2mm to 3mm thickness). Thin-joint mortar provides superior bonding strength, cures faster, eliminates water-curing delays, and prevents thermal bridges between blocks.
